The advice was right. The tools to train it didn't exist.

So we built them.

It started with a sheet of plywood and a goal. Not elegant. But it worked. The right tool builds the right habits. The right habits show up on game day.

We saw the gap between what coaches preached and what the training tools actually taught. Lacrosse deserves better than that.

So we reverse engineered the solution. Coach and player designed. Built to train the high percentage habits that make scoring feel automatic when it matters most.
