Apparel & Accessories — All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on apparel or accessories. All items are made to order, and all sales are final.

Goal Blockers & Targets — 30-Day Manufacturer Defect Warranty

Pipe Painter and Pipe Stripes products are backed by a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects. If your item arrives defective, contact us at team@hangtimelacrosse.com within 30 days of delivery for repair or replacement. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper installation.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Apparel & Accessories: Because these items are made to order, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before production begins.

Goal Blockers & Targets: These items ship from stock. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order — we can accommodate this as long as it hasn't shipped yet.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, it's their responsibility. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We're happy to assist where we can, but we can't issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.
